    Description

    Antique Tailor Tool / Attachment, WECHSLER BROS. CLEV. O.  I was informed that it is a binding folder attachment, usually used with bias cut fabric strips to make a finished edging on fabric. This one is for bias cut 7/8" wide, to make a narrow binding.
