Harleysville Pa National Bank Celluloid Tape Measure Keil & Styer Co

Vintage estate sale item. I don't see a date on it, but I believe it has been around a while. It is marked - The Keil & Styer Co -. The case looks like celluloid and the tape is cloth. Measures about 1 1/2" in diameter and is about 1/2" thick. The tape is 48" long. It is in good shape with moderate wear and tear, but nothing too hateful.
