*Extra-firm (blue color) Style pins enable you to penetrate thicker, double-coated breeds coats faster and deeper, the pins are super strong and yet still supple enough to quickly and easily de-mat and maintain heavy coats without causing damage.
Brushes have straight pins on one side and bent pins on the other.
switch from the bent-pin side for getting out mats, tangles to the straight-pin side for smoothing, brushing out coat, shedding hair, etc.
*Larger Double-wide brushes are best for medium to large dogs and to cover large areas faster.
*Smaller, single-wide brushes are ideal for smaller pets-cat, dog, etc but also great to use on face, feet, etc. and other smaller areas and to get into tight areas (under arms, etc.) on any size breed

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description). RETURNS: Most items can now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g.  just didn't like it, does not fit, found better price, changed my mind, item defective, etc. EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated EBay system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return, I will process refund. If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a restocking fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial refund.  After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
