Acquired an enormous Collection of Vintage Tape Measure's, Collected for over 40 years.  Will be listing them up over the next couple months. Stay Tuned. This is a vintage German Celluloid Tape Measure.  In the form of A Girl with Flower Baskets. The tape pulls and winds up properly.  Measure about  1 3/4" W x 2 1/4" H. It's in nice vintage condition.
