    Description

This vintage Masonic penny token is from the Linn Chapter No. 41 R. A. M. in Brookfield, Missouri - a chapter no longer listed among active chapters.  The obverse identifies the Chapter, with
    the words
    ONE PENNY
    in the center,
    and the reverse has
images of a chisel, textured keystone, and mallet.  The composition is copper, and the diameter is
    approximately 32 mm (1-1/4").  [1022Z]
This item is in extremely fine condition, with very light wear, toning, and some soiling.  A coin collector could describe this item as 'red and brown' due to toning with retention of much of the original reddish copper color.
