Vintage Sad Iron Pin Cushion Japan

Vintage Sad Iron Pin Cushion- missing Measure Tape Japan. So every other one I found like this says made in Japan but this may have been made in Taiwan??? I think the sticker may have said Taiwan.
Please note there is
no measuring tape.
It has been pulled out. The round disc is there.
There is a tear in the felt by the top. It comes with the pins you see in pics. When I got it it had the razor blade in the back, let me know if you want me to send that or not.
