Vintage Sammann small 6" overall length chromed steel scissors made in Italy

Description

Scissors fade in the appearance department long before they fail as cutting tools. So while this pair exhibits some chrome thinning, and a couple spots of loss inside the handles, and the staining and rusting typically seen inside the blades (see photos), they still cut well. And that's the thing with old steel scissors--they were made to last, and to serve long, useful lives. Now seller says these would be better for paper cutting, crafting and general utility use than for cutting cloth (see photos). Cutting blades measure 2 1/2 inches of the scissors 6 inch overall length, and the pair weighs a mere 2.1 ounces (60 grams).
