    Description

    These are a pair of vintage Wiss inlaid bent offset scissors / shears. The are marked with "Steel forged, No. 29" on one side and on the other side "Wiss, Newark, N. J., USA. They are in good used condition. They measure about 9-1/4" from tip to tip. They are quite sharp and open easily. Please view the pictures as they are part of the description.
