This is a Vintage Orginal condition pair of small scissors made by the B P Co LTD in Germany.They have great color and patina to them,and could be used if wanted.They are 3 and 5 eights inches long by 1 and 5 eights inches wide.Makers mark on one side,and Germany on the other.Great addition to add to your Collection!
