Offered is a pair of
vintage Clauss 925CS chrome scissors or shears with 1 3/4 inch blades on 5 1/4 inch overall length, made in USA.
Most scissors are used for many different tasks, and while these may technically be electricians' or linemens' scissors (hence the unusual notches for wire stripping and the file-like teeth on the back of each blade), you can use them to cut about anything, within reason of course! One blade edge is plain, one blade edge is serrated. This is an impressive pair of small utility scissors, made & chromed properly, hefty and strong for their size, that cut very well (see photos; the paperboard cut-out figure the seller made is included!).  The pair weighs 2.9 ounces (82 grams). Note that these
pre-owned
scissors do show a few fine scratches and very minor spots of chrome loss.
